How to save TikTok videos on iPhone
You don’t need an app. Safari can download the video, and two taps move it into Photos.
Works with video and photo posts, and short links from the Share button.
Download the video
- In TikTok, tap Share on the video, then Copy link.
- Open savemytik.com in Safari and paste the link.
- Tap Download, then tap HD.
- When Safari asks, tap Download. A blue arrow appears in the address bar while it saves.
Move it into Photos
- Open the Files app and go to Downloads.
- Tap the video to open it.
- Tap Share, then Save Video. It’s now in your Photos library.
If something doesn’t work
If the video won’t play, download the HD version rather than HEVC. HD uses H.264, which every iPhone and editing app supports.
In Chrome or another browser, downloads also land in Files, but you may need to tap Open in… first.
For slideshows, open each photo in Files, tap Share, then Save Image.
